Emmaus has been on the front lines of the COVID-19 health crisis. We continue to provide shelter to men, women and families who have no place else to turn. We have incurred close to $200,000 in unbudgeted expenses for increased staffing, additional cleaning, PPE and other new safety procedures. Going forward, Emmaus is facing another large shortfall in its next fiscal year's operating budget due to this crisis.
We hope you will consider making a monetary donation today.

Did you know.....
**Since 1985, Emmaus has helped more than 35,000 children and adults out of homelessness and toward self-sufficiency.
**Last year, Emmaus served 1,016 children through our shelters and housing programs.
**On any given night, 300 adults and children will call Emmaus "home."
**Each year we serve more than 75,000 meals to our shelter residents. Families in our permanent supportive housing programs receive emergency food from the Emmaus Food and Donation Distribution Center. About 25-30 households weekly utilize the center and last year we assisted close to 100 different households.
**Last year, Emmaus placed 70 families from the Emmaus Family House into stable, permanent affordable housing. In addition, case managers divert families facing homelessness from entering shelter by securing new housing for them or helping them retain their current housing. In the past year, Emmaus diverted 168 families. Emmaus owns and operates 99 units of permanent affordable housing to help families, individuals and elders remain stably housed.
**91 cents of every dollar we raise goes directly into program services. The money you donate stays local and helps local people.
All of these accomplishments would not be possible without your support. Thank you in advance for helping us rebuild lives each and every day.
